Opening an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Allowing others to use your account or transferring your account to another person is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 3 lakh will not be held liable for any losses arising from failure to secure your account.
While using our platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Disrupting the normal operation of the platform, attempting to hack it, or making unauthorized access attempts is strictly prohibited. The platform may not be used to harass, intimidate, or mislead other users. Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or dishonest means will result in immediate account closure and legal action if necessary.
Accessing the platform or playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage using third-party software may result in the forfeiture of all balances in the relevant account. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment at all times.
All financial transactions on the 3 lakh platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Using third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited, and any such transactions will be cancelled. Processing withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time, and 3 lakh reserves the right to withhold payment until identity verification is completed. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, the relevant transaction will be suspended pending investigation, and the appropriate authorities will be notified if necessary. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own separate terms and conditions.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and game-related materials on the 3 lakh platform are protected by our intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is a legally punishable offense. Users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
3 lakh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms violations — without prior notice. Upon account closure, the relevant user's access to the platform will be immediately revoked. There is no obligation to refund the balance of an account closed due to a Terms violation. You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team.
Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive account closure — such as those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect. If you have any objections regarding account closure, please contact our support email.
3 lakh reserves the right to amend these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
